UBFit Sports International offers a diverse range of fitness classes in the beautiful location of Salthill, Galway. Founded in 2010 by Eoin O'Donnellan, a seasoned Fitness & Health Events Co-ordinator, UBFit aims to provide both men and women with a variety of Health & Wellness Activities to choose from. With classes including workouts, dancefit, yoga, badminton, choir, and more, there is something for everyone at UBFit.
Eoin O'Donnellan, a former successful sportsman and GAA manager, brings his passion for fitness and health to the forefront at UBFit. Having inspired groups and sports teams, including the famous Salthill/Knocknacarra All Ireland Winning Senior Squad of 2006, Eoin aims to share the positive experiences he has gained through his own health and wellness activities with others.
UBFit offers both in-person group classes at The Range in Salthill and online workouts via Zoom. The in-person group classes run throughout the week, allowing participants to choose a convenient time that fits their schedule. The online classes are 40 minutes long and cater to individuals of all fitness levels.
In addition to fitness classes, UBFit also offers other activities such as badminton, yoga, pilates, dancefit, jogging crew, and choir. Whether you prefer sweating it out in a high-intensity workout or finding calm and balance through yoga, UBFit has something for everyone.
