We offer a variety of classes to suit different fitness levels and goals. Our CONTROL class is a perfect place to start if you are new to our studio or Reformer Pilates. This open-level class focuses on improving the foundations of your Pilates practise and offers plenty of modifications and progressions. Our STRONG class is designed for those ready to take their Pilates practise to the next level, with a focus on strength-based movement and challenging exercises.
Our SWEAT class adds a high-intensity twist to your Pilates practise, incorporating the use of the Reformer, Jumpboard apparatus, and bodyweight exercises to push your heart rate higher. For a quick and intense workout, our JUMP class combines Reformer Pilates with cardiovascular training.
