For safety in classes, a gum shield is required, and it’s recommended to bring a towel. Pads are provided, though you might want to buy your own over time. For attire, wear pocketless shorts with no zips or buttons and a t-shirt (no vests). Ensure to have short nails and remove all piercings and jewellery. Personal hygiene is key due to the close contact nature of the training.
