Beginners to experienced fighters. Our classes are led by experienced and dedicated coaches who are passionate about the art of Muay Thai.
In addition to Muay Thai, we also offer Kickboxing classes, which provide a high-intensity workout combining martial arts techniques with cardiovascular exercise. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
For those interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), we offer both adult and youth classes. BJJ is a ground-based martial art that focuses on grappling and submissions. It is an excellent form of self-defence as well as a challenging and rewarding sport. Our BJJ classes are led by skilled instructors who will guide you through the techniques and help you improve your skills.
Our gym facilities include a dedicated studio for Muay Thai and BJJ classes, as well as a free weights and functional training area. We offer a range of equipment to suit all training styles and goals, whether you are looking to build strength, improve athletic performance, or simply stay active.
