For those unable to commit to personal coaching due to geographical location or work commitments, Uplift Gym provides a premium online coaching service. Uplift Gym recently introduced their Weightlifting Club, a NSWWA and AWF sanctioned club. Athletes can register under Uplift Weightlifting Club and compete at local and national levels. The weightlifting area is equipped with high-quality weightlifting equipment suitable for everyone from novice weightlifters to aspiring Olympians.
Co-owned by Australian Weightlifting Representatives, Isabel Lorenzi and Kyle Bruce, Uplift Gym is passionate about bringing the sport of Olympic weightlifting out of the dark ages and helping individuals enjoy this amazing sport. Both coaches are qualified strength coaches who strive to equip their clients with the knowledge and technical advice needed to enjoy strength training for a lifetime.
