URStrong Krav Maga Studio is a self-defence and martial arts school located in Tilbury, Ontario. The studio is owned and operated by Brandy Girard-Simpson, a certified Krav Maga instructor through the Krav Maga Association of Canada. With over 10 years of experience in Krav Maga, Brandy is dedicated to providing top-notch training to students of all ages.
The studio is situated in one of Tilbury's Historical Landmark Buildings at 37 Mill St W. It is a modern and fully equipped training facility that welcomes students aged 6 and up. URStrong Krav Maga Studio is a proud member of the Krav Maga Association of Canada, ensuring that all lesson plans, testing schedules, and instructors meet the highest standards set by the organization.
At URStrong Krav Maga Studio, students can participate in a range of classes, including Little Champions (currently on hold), Children's Classes (ages 6-13), and Adult Classes (ages 14 and up). All fitness levels are welcome, making it a great place for beginners and experienced martial artists alike. Due to COVID-19, all classes are currently limited and require pre-registration. Zoom classes are also available for those who prefer to train from home.
