Jericho Turf West is excited to announce the upcoming Beach Soccer Blast event presented by VanU FC. This highly anticipated tournament will be held on June 8th and 9th at Spanish Banks Beach East in Vancouver.
Players will have the chance to showcase their skills on the soft sand surface, allowing for impressive moves like diving headers, bicycle kicks, and other tricks. The game is played 5 on 5, with two 14-minute halves and substitutions on the fly. Plus, with no offsides and kick-ins used, it's sure to be a fast-paced and thrilling experience.
Teams can register for the U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, and U-18 age groups in either recreational or competitive divisions. Following the rules of the 2023/2024 BC Soccer season, this event is open to players of all levels. The registration fee is $375 CAN per team after April 1, 2024.
