About
Come and be a part of the Vert Academy 13U/14U Boys-North program at Young Fitness Volleyball Performance in Calgary! This is an amazing opportunity for boys entering U13 or U14 for the 2024-2025 Season to really take their game to the next level.
The focus of this program is all about boosting that vertical jump, and they do it through a mix of sport-specific, evidence-based training. Imagine increasing your power production and reaching new heights with a combo of strength training, plyometrics, and on-court volleyball sessions. It's a total game-changer!
This program isn't for everyone - it's specifically designed for 16 super dedicated athletes who are serious about long-term improvement. They kick things off with some vertical jump testing using a force plate/vertec, setting the perfect baseline for your progress.
These sessions run on Tuesdays starting from June 4th to June 25th. The on-court volleyball sessions go from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, followed by some intense strength training from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Don't miss out on this chance to take your game to new heights - literally!
