Welcome to Vida Studio Pilates, a group Pilates studio located in Yass, NSW. Our mission at Vida Studio is to provide Movement for Everybody. We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where each individual is seen, supported, and challenged. Regardless of your shape, size, or age, we want to inspire you to try new things and embrace the empowerment that comes from movement.

Vida Studio is more than just a Pilates studio; it is a vibrant community of like-minded instructors and clients who uplift and support each other every day. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our skilled instructors are dedicated to ensuring that every client has options to both regress and progress in their practise. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels and experiences with open arms.
