Join Lisa Cormode for an in-person Vinyasa Evolve Yoga Class at The Yoga Rooms in Chorlton. The class takes place on Mondays from 7.45 pm to 9.00 pm. This moderate class is suitable for students with at least a few months of yoga experience. Lisa will guide students through a range of postures, focusing on safe alignment that suits each individual's body. She will also teach transitions between postures and provide instruction on proper breathing and relaxation techniques.
Each practice in this eight-week course will involve flowing sequences that build upon each other. Lisa creates a supportive environment where students can progress at their own comfortable pace, with options to challenge themselves further. This class is designed to help students advance their yoga practice and improve their overall wellbeing.
