Vitalitymoves is a Pilates studio located in Healesville, Australia, dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards improved health and wellbeing through movement. Established in 2005, Vitalitymoves offers a range of classes, including Yoga, Qigong, Personal Training, and Pilates, among others, all with the ultimate aim of helping clients become fitter, healthier, and happier.

Led by Michelle, a passionate and experienced instructor, Vitalitymoves aims to provide a supportive environment where clients can connect with others who share the same interest in supporting their overall wellness through movement. Whether it's through the practise of Yoga, Pilates, or Qigong, clients are encouraged to improve their mind-body connexion and enhance their wellbeing.

At Vitalitymoves, there is a strong emphasis on holistic health practises, including advice on nutrition and recovery, to ensure that clients receive a comprehensive approach to their wellbeing journey.
