The monthly payment includes the cost of the lessons for that month. Can I still pay for lessons in advance? We encourage our customers to use the Monthly Payment option for convenience and flexibility. However, if you prefer to pay for lessons in advance, please reach out to our customer service team, and they will be able to assist you.

Will my Monthly Payments increase over time? Our Monthly Payments are designed to be affordable and manageable. We understand that costs can increase over time, and we strive to keep our prices competitive. However, it is possible that there may be occasional small increases to cover expenses such as pool hire or teacher wages.

Any such increases will be communicated to you in advance. What happens if I miss a lesson? We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may occasionally miss a lesson. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed lessons.

However, if you know in advance that you will be unable to attend a lesson, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling or providing a makeup lesson if available.
