Join Oakville Kenjutsu (Montreal) for their Wednesday evening martial arts class at La Puerta Negra! Classes are currently on hold until further notice, but typically run from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you're interested in joining, make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to prepare for a great workout. Remember to wear comfortable and loose clothing to practice effectively.
