Their weekly training sessions are designed to help young players build a solid foundation, whether they're aiming for local grassroots clubs or professional academies. The academy has already seen over 200 players sign professionally. Training takes place on both indoor and outdoor pitches, focusing on technique during the winter and giving players the chance to experiment on larger fields in the summer.
The academy’s one-year syllabus is comprehensive but flexible, allowing players to commit as they choose. Weekly group training sessions can be booked in blocks to suit individual needs.
Sessions are held across various locations in Milton Keynes, including Fairfields Primary School, Watling Academy, Glebe Farm School, Elizabeth Woodville School, and Rickley Park Primary School. Each session is tailored for specific age groups, from 4–7 year olds to 8–12 year olds. The cost for 10 sessions is £85 for the younger age groups and £105 for the older ones.
Russell Lew, also a scout for Luton Town, leads the academy. As part of the We Make Footballers franchise, which has been running for 10 years and coaches over 5,000 children weekly across 46 venues, they are dedicated to providing top-notch football coaching for boys and girls of all abilities.
