Based in Ottawa, the West-End Hockey League (WEHL) is a thriving club dedicated to providing a competitive and supportive environment for young hockey players in the region. The club frequently participates in tournaments and showcases its talent through impressive achievements on the ice. For example, the U15-B4 team recently emerged victorious at the Holiday House League Tournament, showcasing their talent and determination by going undefeated throughout the event.
Additionally, the U15-B1 team, affectionately known as the Gorilla Monkeys, secured the championship title at the Muskrat Minor Hockey Tournament with a decisive 2-0 win over the Perth Blue Wings. The U13-B4 team also earned recognition by winning the B Championship at the Eganville U13B House Tournament in a thrilling shootout against the Bancroft Jets.
Furthermore, the U15-B2 and U15-B3 teams demonstrated their prowess by clinching gold at the Barrys Bay and Causeway Classic tournaments, respectively. These achievements highlight the dedication, skill, and sportsmanship that define the WEHL community.
