Your Club Membership gives you a lot of perks: registration with both the club and the International Boxing Kickboxing Organisation (IBKO), a WFMA member licence record book for grading and competing, and access to expert courses. Plus, there are chances to get into coaching or instructing if that’s your thing.

Kickboxing sessions here are a blast—combining martial arts kicks with boxing techniques to get your heart pumping. It's a complete workout that packs in cardio, resistance, core strength, and flexibility training. Whether you're a newbie or have some experience, hitting those sessions weekly can do wonders for your energy levels, confidence, stress, coordination, posture, and muscle tone.
