Procedures to ensure the safety of all our members. Our gym is cleaned regularly, and all equipment is sanitized before and after each class. We also ask that all members wear masks when entering and exiting the gym, and maintain social distancing during class.

Our membership options include a monthly membership with a 6-month commitment, which includes free gloves and wraps. For those looking for a more flexible option, we also offer a no-commitment monthly membership where you can attend beginner classes only.

With plenty of parking options available nearby, including street parking and bike lockups, getting to our gym is convenient for all our members.
