For younger children, there is a designated area called TotSide. This area is specially designed for children under the age of 5, equipped with a tipping bucket and small water slides. However, please note that TotSide will be closed until the 2024/25 season.

Outside of Queensland state school holidays, Wetside Water Park operates from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10am to 5pm. During school holidays, the park is open seven days a week with the same operating hours. It should be noted that the park is closed for winter maintenance from May to September each year.
When visiting Wetside Water Park, it is important to adhere to certain rules and regulations. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person over the age of 16. Glass bottles or containers are prohibited, and appropriate bathing costumes must be worn in the facility. All nappy changing must take place in the designated change facilities provided.
Visitors are also reminded that no animals, excluding native wildlife, are allowed into the water park, and the use of inflatable toys or balls is not permitted. Finally, alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
