Where do your sessions take place?

We offer 1:1 coaching in SE London and online, small studio groups in London, workshops across the city, and retreats a handful of times a year in places like Morocco.

We focus on strength, mobility, inversions, nervous system work, and movement quality. Sessions are structured with clear progressions suited to your pace and goals.
