One of the highlights of Wild Peace Unlimited is the regular yoga classes, both indoor and outdoor. These Vinyasa Yoga Classes are all about moving with the breath and breathing as you move. They offer a mix of ancient yoga moves, Qigong, Tai Chi, and modern core strength activation, all infused with positive psychology and mindfulness techniques. If you're looking for a space to connect and explore with other women, the facilitated Women's Talking Circle is the perfect opportunity. Meeting every week, this safe and regulated space allows you to open up, share, and journey towards self-acceptance. Many participants have found this experience transformative and have formed deeper connexions moving forward.
Wild Peace Unlimited also offers regular Women's Yoga Retreats, where you can explore various locations in Southeast Queensland. These retreats provide an immersive experience, where you can dive deeper into your practise and connect with like-minded individuals.
