Kula Yoga & Wellness invites you to come along for a weekend of relaxation and rejuvenation in Hepburn Springs. The schedule includes a variety of yoga sessions led by Kacey, focusing on Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra Meditation. It's a great opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with fellow yoga enthusiasts.
When you're not on the mat, take the time to explore the beautiful surroundings of spa country. Enjoy a walk in nature, fill up your water bottle at the mineral springs, or indulge in a massage treatment or a soak at the Hepburn Springs Bathhouse & Spa. The weekend is designed to help you unwind and recharge, both physically and mentally.
The retreat kicks off on Friday with a welcome dinner and a relaxing Yin Yoga & Meditation session. Saturday is filled with a Vinyasa Flow & Breathwork masterclass, free time for activities or treatments, and a 'Posture Clinic' with Kacey. The day ends with another Yin & Meditation session. On Sunday, there will be one last yoga session before saying goodbye.
