For those looking for a combination of strength, cardio, and toning, our Sweat Sculpt class is the perfect choice. Incorporating elements of both the Barre and Mat, this class allows you to sculpt and tone your muscles while boosting your endurance.
We also offer Matwork Pilates classes which focus on elongating and lengthening the body, improving alignment, balance, flexibility, posture, and body control. These classes have a modern approach and are suitable for all levels of fitness.
For a low-impact, high repetition workout, our Barre classes are ideal. This class combines small and intense movements using your own body weight, helping you build long and lean muscles while toning your glutes, legs, and arms.
