What training times are available?

We run Mon Grappling/submissions (TBA), Mon Kids Judo under 8, Kids Judo under 12 and Seniors Judo with sessions from 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Wed has Kids Judo under 8, Kids Judo under 12 and Seniors Judo at the same times, and Thu has Kids Judo and Seniors Sambo/Judo (TBA) while Fri has Randori (TBA).

What martial arts and fitness programs does Judo1 offer?
