Megan is a certified personal trainer who has a background in group fitness and sports coaching. She is passionate about helping her clients improve their overall fitness and wellbeing. Megan creates personalised workout programmes that are tailored to each client's goals and needs. She loves seeing her clients progress and achieve their desired results.

Founded by passionate owners Sid & Sharalyn Cumming and Doug & Sharyn Hayes, World Health and Fitness is the only locally owned and operated 24/7 gym in Invercargill. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, our owners have created a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the community.
We offer a variety of classes to suit different interests and schedules. From Spin classes that provide a fantastic cardio workout accompanied by great music, to specialised programmes like Midday Flex that focus on mobility and pain reduction, there's something for everyone. Sid Cumming, the gym owner and a Cycling NZ Coach, has been in the fitness industry for 30 years and is known for his dedication to coaching. Zane Harris, our Operations Manager and Massage Therapist, ensures the smooth running of the gym and provides on-site massage therapy services. Sharyn Hayes, another gym owner, manages the administration and cleanliness of the premises, along with her daughter, Bex Andrews, who assists with admin tasks and also runs the on-site Beauty Therapy Clinic.
We also have personal trainers Michelle Bowering and Megan Thompson, who are experienced in guiding clients towards improved strength, fitness, and wellbeing.
