Worthing & District Koi Club, based in Worthing, New Zealand, is a community of passionate individuals who are dedicated to promoting and encouraging the hobby of Koi Keeping. The club aims to provide support and knowledge to its members, as well as organising various events and activities related to the hobby.
The club holds monthly meetings at East Preston Scout Hall, located at The Street, East Preston, West Sussex, BN16 1HY. These meetings usually take place on the first Sunday afternoon of each month, starting at 2:30 pm. During these gatherings, the club frequently invites guest speakers to share their expertise and insights with the members.
In addition to regular meetings, the Worthing & District Koi Club organises various events throughout the year. Open pond days allow members to explore and visit different ponds, exchanging knowledge and experiences with fellow Koi enthusiasts. The club also hosts a yearly photographic show, showcasing the members' beautiful Koi creations. Furthermore, a closed show is arranged, which serves as a platform for members to display their prized Koi.
