Youth football is a key focus for Worthing Town FC, with over 40 teams dedicated to nurturing young talent. After a successful 2022/ 23 season, which included league and cup wins, the club is expanding the number of girls' teams to further promote female participation in the sport.

The club's under 18 team competes in the Junior top League, providing talented young players with the opportunity to showcase their skills at a higher level. The ladies' first team, on the other hand, participates in the Sussex County Women's and Girls Football League, ensuring that female players have a platform to excel in their football journey.
Worthing Town FC is also committed to inclusive football. The club leads the way in the community by providing inclusive (SEND) football opportunities for young people aged seven to sixteen in the area. The goal is to enable these players to engage in the national sport and give them the chance to be involved in football.
Worthing Town FC boasts top-class facilities at Palatine Park in Worthing. The club moved into the newly redeveloped clubhouse in 2012 and is the exclusive tenant of the park. In 2021, with support from the Football Foundation and Worthing Borough Council, the club opened a state-of-the-art 3G pitch. This pitch not only serves as a training ground for all teams but also hosts many of the club's matches.
