Join Okanagan Valley Wudang at their exciting Wudang Summer Camp 2024 happening from July 4th to July 8th in Naramata, BC. Dive deep into the teachings of San Feng as you participate in qigong, martial arts, meditation, and even Daoist music. The camp offers specialized training sessions focusing on the classic Five Animals Qigong and sword basics to enhance your skills in hand-eye coordination, body movements, footwork, and partner training. You'll also have the opportunity to learn San Feng meditation techniques and explore the spiritual aspects of sword practice, all while enjoying mystical songs during your forest walks.
The daily schedule is designed to reflect traditional Chinese training routines with morning and afternoon sessions followed by meditation practice. Your accommodations will be rustic yet adventurous, with campsites nestled on 14 acres along the Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park.
