Xpress Fitness is a personal trainer, massage supply shop, physical fitness programme, physical therapy clinic, and sports massage therapist located in Bromsgrove, New Zealand. The founder and owner, Christian, is dedicated to improving the lives of his clients and the community. With a background in Sports Coaching Science and various qualifications in personal training, coaching, and massage therapy, Christian is equipped with the knowledge and expertise to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
Operating out of the Ryland Centre in central Bromsgrove, Xpress Fitness offers a range of services to cater to different needs. Christian provides 1-2-1 personal training and couples training, starting with a free initial consultation and assessment. With a focus on individual needs and goals, Christian designs fully bespoke training programmes and offers coaching sessions that can be scheduled on a monthly basis. Clients have the flexibility to choose from 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.
In addition to the training, Xpress Fitness provides nutritional assessment and guidance to support clients in their fitness journeys.
Xpress Fitness also offers workshops and seminars, where Christian utilises his years of experience to educate, motivate, and inspire small groups. These sessions can be either classroom or practical-based, allowing participants to learn theory and put their knowledge into practise in a safe and enjoyable environment. For those in need of professional touch to aid in recovery, Xpress Fitness offers sports massage therapy.
