Pattabhi Jois, involves synchronising breath with a progressive series of postures to create internal heat and detoxify the body. Yaz, the founder of Yaz Yoga, has been passionately practising yoga since 2001 and has a deep understanding of Ashtanga yoga. With a focus on precision and alignment, Yaz helps students achieve the maximum benefits from their practise at their own pace. Being a registered member of Yoga Alliance UK & Ireland and holding a Yoga Teacher Associate Level 2 certification, Yaz brings professionalism and expertise to each class.
Located in Belarmine Community Centre in Stepaside, Dublin 18, Yaz has been teaching classes since 2014. Her students rave about her supportive nature, professional guidance, and ability to create a warm and encouraging atmosphere in every class.
