Yin Energy Balance, located in Dandenong, is a sanctuary created by Caroline Overbeek, a passionate advocate for feminine embodiment coaching and Yin Yoga. Caroline knows firsthand the struggles of feeling lost and overwhelmed by the demands of life, and through her own personal journey, she discovered the transformative power of feminine energy and wants to share these gifts with others.

The studio's mission is to help individuals reconnect with their body's innate wisdom, allowing them to live freely and wholly guided by their own body-felt knowing and truth. Caroline believes in the importance of rebalancing the masculine and feminine energies within each person, as society has become imbalanced by primarily valuing the go, do, and Yang energy associated with the masculine, rather than embracing the flow, feeling, and being qualities associated with the feminine.
