Jane's studio is a peaceful, private retreat featuring a range of yoga styles like Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative yoga. There are also special sessions for mums and toddlers, pre and postnatal yoga, and one-to-one classes.
Jane also organises workshops and events with experts to help everyone in the community boost their wellbeing. The feedback has been amazing – people love the mix of workout and relaxation and the supportive network Jane has created.
