Yoga by Jen and Wellness by Jen offers yoga classes in Kildare for people who want accessible, functional movement, with options for beginners and those returning to practice. Based in Robertstown, the instructor teaches Embodied Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga, including chair yoga suited to dementia and Alzheimer's. There are also children's yoga classes for ages 5 to 12, plus group, private and corporate sessions.
