Led by the knowledgeable and inspiring teacher, Michael, participants will embark on a journey of intellectual learning and embodied experiences. The course is open to anyone with a passion for yoga and a thirst for knowledge. Explore the wisdom of yoga and allow it to positively impact your life under Michael's personalised guidance.
The course structure includes 8 Friday Training Days, 5 Live Webinars, 3 Mentoring Sessions, and self-paced learnings through the learning portal. Choose from the Friday intake or the Weekend intake, depending on your schedule and preferences. For those needing flexibility, the Hybrid intake offers a blend of online learning opportunities.
Upon completion of the 100-hour course, participants have the option to continue to the full 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This comprehensive program covers the core principles of yoga, anatomy, physiology, subtle energy systems, and various yoga techniques. Graduates will be eligible for Level 1 registration with Yoga Australia.
