Established by Jo White, a highly qualified yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, yogaflow aims to enhance wellness and calm the mind of its students.
At yogaflow, Jo teaches a blend of traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative yoga. With a passion for helping individuals with conditions such as arthritis and musculoskeletal disorders, Jo specialises in remedial yoga. This form of yoga not only strengthens the body but also promotes mindfulness and relaxation, providing students with much-needed clarity and respite from their busy daily lives.
The studio offers classes at two venues. Students can join in-person sessions at Jubilee Hall, located on Smith Street in Macedon. For added convenience, zoom classes are also available, allowing students to participate from the comfort of their own homes. The availability of zoom classes has been a great success, enabling individuals who have moved away from the Macedon Ranges to remain part of the yoga community at yogaflow.
The timetable at yogaflow is designed to cater to different preferences and schedules. Live classes are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, offering Hatha Yoga and Gentle Yoga sessions at Jubilee Hall. Additionally, zoom classes are available on Thursdays, providing options for Gentle Yoga and Hatha Yoga. The classes incorporate a synergistic blend of vinyasa flow, restorative, and yin yoga, ensuring a well-rounded experience for students.
For those who sign up for the term, makeup classes are allowed within the current term, subject to availability. Students also have the option to attend classes via zoom in real time or access recorded sessions. Bookings are essential for all classes at Jubilee Hall to ensure everyone has a spot.

Jo White, the founder of yogaflow, has a personal journey that has deepened her passion for yoga. After experiencing chronic back pain for years, she discovered yoga and its transformative effects on her well-being. Recognising the power of yoga, Jo became a Registered 500-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and holds a senior Level 2 qualification with Yoga Australia. Her dedication to continuous learning led her to complete a 500-hour Yoga Therapy Course in India, where she received teachings from esteemed doctors, professors, and yoga masters.
In addition to the studio venues, yogaflow also offers zoom yoga sessions. This option has become increasingly popular, allowing yogis to practise from the comfort of their own homes. Many students, both local and from interstate, have found the convenience of practising yoga via zoom to be a valuable addition to their lifestyle.
