Welcome to Yoga Gold Coast, a friendly and welcoming yoga studio located in the beautiful beachside town of Tugun. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practise, Yoga Gold Coast offers classes for all genders and stages.
Led by instructor Lori Stewart, who is also a hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner, our yoga classes focus on promoting strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Lori incorporates a blend of traditional Hatha (static) yoga postures with active yoga flows, ensuring a well-rounded practise that benefits the whole body.
Our classes are designed to be inclusive and cater to individuals of all experience levels. Whether you're a beginner or have been practising for years, you'll find a space where you can explore and deepen your yoga practise.

For those interested in joining our live classes, simply pop in at any time or send us your email address to join us on Zoom. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat and water bottle, as well as a yoga strap (or scarf or belt) if you have one. However, we do have spare mats and props available for use.
Our live classes are priced at $12 per session, while our Zoom classes are just $10 each session, providing accessible and affordable options for everyone.
Included in our timetable for 2023 are Tuesday's 9am QLD time online Zoom Yoga Class and Friday's 9:30am QLD time class held at Tugun Progress Hall. The Tugun location can be found at 433 Golden Four Drive, Tugun.
