Led by experienced instructor Ruth Richman, Yoga Ink offers a variety of classes including Ruth's Blend Asana, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha, Astanga, Yin, and more. With over 40 years of experience in teaching yoga and leading workshops, Ruth creates a nurturing and supportive environment for students of all levels.
Classes are currently held at The Upper Hall at Trinity United Church, with both in-person and Zoom options available. For those new to Kundalini Yoga, Ruth, and Teri Hall offer special events such as Kundalini Karaoke and Bell, where participants can experience the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga, sound healing, and meditation.
Yoga Ink also hosts the popular Yoga Festival in Charlestown, where participants can immerse themselves in a weekend of yoga, meditation, and community. From special workshops to free weekly meditation sessions, Yoga Ink is dedicated to providing a space for individuals to explore the mind-body connection and nourish their spirits.
