Postnatal Yoga is a supportive time to reconnect with your body after your baby, with space to adjust to motherhood and bond with your baby. The classes are suitable for your individual needs during the early stages of recovery.
During class you can stop and start exercises depending on you and your baby's needs. The sessions include mindful movements, short meditations and relaxations to help you connect to your breath and body.
If you are recovering from a C section, episiotomy, tears or bleeding, it is recommended to wait for your postnatal six week check up from your Midwife or GP before starting.
