One such package is the Sunrise Meditation, Yoga, Swim and Smile experience, a unique opportunity to start your day in a peaceful and invigorating way. Facilitated by Yogarama Retreats in partnership with Wylie's Baths, this package includes a sunrise meditation and yoga session, a rejuvenating swim in the ocean baths, and a delicious hot drink and healthy treat from Wylie's Café. This sunrise experience can be booked for groups and is perfect for milestone occasions.
For those interested in deepening their meditation practise, Yogarama Retreats offers a 5-week Mindful Meditation and Mini-Retreat course. This course, co-created by Daniella and a team of psychologists, combines ancient wisdom and modern science to provide participants with tools for mental health and emotional wellbeing. Optional online sessions are available, and Medicare rebates are offered to eligible individuals.
