Joan, the founder and instructor, is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with her community. Joan's journey with yoga began in the mid-90s when she took her first class in Dublin city centre. Since then, she has been dedicated to her practise and completed a 200-hour Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance in 2013. Her journey to becoming a yoga teacher was not without its challenges, but her dedication and determination have allowed her to share her passion with others.

In addition to in-studio classes, YOGA with JOAN also offers live-streamed classes, allowing students to practise from anywhere. Joan's approach to teaching is gentle and supportive, creating a safe space for students to explore and deepen their practise.
