The team at Yogio is led by Sarah Reid, an experienced postgraduate physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and a master's degree in Medicine & Science in Sport & Exercise. She is also an Advanced Dean Watson Headache Practitioner, trained in McKenzie Level C for back and neck pain, and certified in DMA Clinical Pilates Level II. Sarah's expertise also extends to acupuncture and dry needling, and she holds a Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy.
Working alongside Sarah is Estelle Ezaki, another experienced clinician with over 10 years in the clinical setting. Estelle has a passion for treating persistent pain conditions and specialises in functional rehabilitation. She is trained in Pilates, yoga, and strength and conditioning training, as well as dry needling.
At Yogio, they accept all major health funds, and HICAPS is available for convenient on-the-spot health fund claims. They also accept DVA and work cover, as well as chronic health plans with a gap fee.
When you visit Yogio, you can expect boutique-style physiotherapy sessions that are tailored to your individual needs. These sessions incorporate hands-on treatments, education, postural and ergonomic advice, and a home exercise regime to empower you in your rehabilitation journey. Each appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes, ensuring ample time for thorough assessment and treatment.
