Bij You Can Yoga in Amsterdam Zuid kun je yoga en pilates doen in groepslessen. Er zijn stijlen zoals hatha, vinyasa, yin, ashtanga en pranayama, met ook pilates binnen het aanbod. De studio richt zich op persoonlijke begeleiding in kleinere groepen. Naast lessen worden ook workshops en een RYS 200h yoga teacher training aangeboden. Je kunt er verder terecht voor behandelingen en ruimte huren voor massage en events.
