Nao Masuda is the main instructor at the Redbridge branch of Yui Shin Karate Dojo. Nao has dedicated her life to studying and practising Karate with some of the world's greatest teachers and colleagues. She regularly travels to gain new insights and experiences to share with her students.

Yui Shin Karate Dojo was founded by Xavier Boulanger and Nao Masuda in 2009. They are both students of grand masters who have played a pivotal role in spreading the art of Karate worldwide. The Dojo has cultivated a small but diverse community of students from various backgrounds and age groups. Through the practise of Karate, they have seen their lives enriched in ways they couldn't have imagined.

Chief Instructor Xavier Boulanger leads the Wembley classes. He began his martial arts journey with Judo at the age of 10 but shifted to Karate when he turned 14. Xavier has over 30 years of experience as a Martial Artist and 19 years as a Karate Instructor. He has trained extensively in France, England, Japan, USA, Spain, and Italy, learning from renowned masters like Okazaki, Kanazawa, and Wayne Otto.

Xavier's expertise extends beyond instruction, as he has also competed at national and international levels, representing ISKF UK. He continues to stay updated by attending seminars regularly.

Yui Shin Karate Dojo offers classes at both their Redbridge and Wembley venues. Their focus is on the holistic development of students, welcoming beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
