Amanda understands the importance of staying motivated and believes that the journey towards a goal teaches individuals about their strengths and weaknesses. By recognising these strengths and weaknesses, clients are empowered to consciously improve their strengths and eliminate their weaknesses.

Zest Total Fitness offers various fitness options to cater to different needs. The studio hosts a ladies-only group bootcamp every Saturday at 9am for those seeking a fun and supportive environment. Online personal training sessions are also available at discounted rates for additional flexibility.
As a special offer, the first session at Zest Total Fitness is free. This initial one-on-one personal training session includes a health assessment and the option for a free goal-setting appointment if requested.
