Established in 1969, Healthglo has evolved over the years and now offers a range of amenities and services, including an indoor heated saltwater pool, group fitness studio, cycle studio, functional training studio, dance studio, circuit, cardio, and weight training zones.

At Healthglo, we pride ourselves on our comprehensive group exercise programme. We offer a variety of classes backed up by our “Wexer” virtual group exercise programme system and our very own ONDEMAND web player, allowing members to work out anytime, anywhere, on any device.

Our facility is always staffed with certified and experienced fitness professionals who are trained in first aid and equipped with an onsite AED for any emergencies. We prioritise providing a clean and private environment for our members.

Healthglo offers affordable pricing with no long-term contracts. Our popular flexi-pay membership plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment. We believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, and we offer value deals for all individuals.

Members at Healthglo have access to the best global fitness equipment and are led by industry leaders with decades of experience. We also provide personalised programming to cater to individual fitness goals.

For the convenience of our members, child minding services are available Monday to Friday from 9:15am to 11:30am (booking essential).

To help individuals track their progress and make informed decisions about their health, we offer a Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation based on height and weight. This measurement can help determine if an individual falls within a healthy weight range.
