The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres is a non-profit organisation with locations around the world.
WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL?
We teach classical yoga, which takes a holistic approach: Yoga shows us how to strengthen and harmonise the body, the mind, and the soul, so that we can achieve our goal of a healthy body, a balanced mind and inner peace.
We offer drop-in classes as well as courses for various practise levels, free group meditations with Mantra chanting, workshops on meditation and positive thinking, yogic-vegetarian cooking workshops, a Yoga Boutique, Yoga retreats and Teachers Trainings Courses.
You are always welcome to approach our teachers with questions regarding your practise and yogic life style. Learn the ancient wisdom of yogic self-development in a form suited to our analytical age.
