I joined a local Boot Camp back in 2006, and I have been well and truly hooked on fitness ever since. After participating for over 2 years, I decided to get my Cert 3 and Cert 4 qualifications in fitness, and I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Group Outdoor Training instructor for over 5 years.

I have seen first-hand the benefits of exercise on both myself and my members, ranging from weight loss, toning and sculpting, as well as increased levels of energy and self-confidence. × I am very results driven, and it is my main objective to help all my members achieve any goal they set themselves and have some fun along the way!
