I am a lover of Yoga, Reiki, Candles & Animals! As a teenager i suffered from anxiety & it is through these 'loves' of mine that i have managed to find peace, balance, strength & happiness.
I believe that any challenge be it physical, mental or emotional, has the incredible ability to transform us into more powerful & peaceful human beings.
In 2012 i graduated from Sukha Mukha Yoga School's Intensive Teacher Training Programme in Sydney, where i received my RYT200 Hatha Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga Teacher Qualification. I then went onto further my studies in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy & Reiki, all of which have added to my unique flavour as a Yoga teacher & Healer. I am now a 350hr qualified Yoga Teacher.
Furthermore, I have been practising Yoga for over 14 years & teaching for 3. Besides, I have been giving Reiki for over 2 years.
My intention is to share my love of Yoga & Reiki by giving others the opportunity to improve their quality of life & feel empowered everyday.
