ASCEND® TRAINING CLUB

ASCEND Training Club is a Sidmouth fitness community offering group classes and personal training across strength, conditioning, and sport-focused sessions. You can train for HYROX with running made optional and weights scaled, blend strength and metcon in HYBRID, and join scaled circuit and bootcamp style workouts. The club also runs Jiu Jitsu for adults and youth, plus boxing pad-based sessions, spinning on Stages bikes, and women's strength training.
