ASCEND Aerial Yoga is a restorative sanctuary located in Auckland, New Zealand. The studio offers exclusive Aerial Yoga classes limited to only 7 students, ensuring personalised attention and support.
The Aerial Yoga classes at ASCEND focus on developing a positive relationship with one's anatomy, breath, and movements. Students are encouraged to take their time and move at their own pace while being supported by the studio's Aerial Silk Hammocks. These hammocks enable students to explore various poses and transitions with ease and grace, promoting flexibility, core strength, and overall well-being.
In addition to Aerial Yoga, ASCEND also offers Floating Meditation classes. These classes provide a space for deep rest and introspection, allowing individuals to connect with their inner selves. During the Floating Meditation class, Iris, the instructor, pulls Tarot or Oracle cards to intuitively guide the theme of the session. Through powerful visualisations, participants are taken on a gentle journey deep into their consciousness, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
ASCEND also specialises in Sound Healing, infusing breathwork or Reiki practises with the healing power of sound. Participants have the opportunity to experience deep collective healing during intimate class settings or indulge in a personalised 1:1 Sound Session with Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master, Jess. These sessions provide a completely tailored experience, addressing individual needs and promoting emotional and energetic balance.
Furthermore, ASCEND hosts Ceremony Events, which provide a safe space for individuals to explore matters of the heart through meditation, ritual, and connexion. These restorative and intimate events encourage participants to tap into their most authentic and unapologetic selves, letting go of the need for approval and allowing others the freedom to do the same.
