Haidee Stairmand, the organiser of Yoga West, wants to share some exciting details with you. Located in the lovely Titirangi area of West Auckland, Yoga West offers a variety of classes like Vinyasa, Yin, Slow-Flow, Pregnancy, and Beginners yoga. They even have special courses for Mums and Bubs and Basics yoga.
Yoga West's goal is to make yoga practical and accessible for everyone. They keep class sizes small and provide free mats and equipment to ensure personalised attention. The team of teachers at Yoga West is dedicated to helping you find your calm.
